STRESS is an imbalance between the resources and demands on the body of a person. It could be due to psychological or physiological factors in a work situation. The common causes are - delayed promotion, conflicts in superior-subordinate relationship, etc. while in personal life it may be due to death in family, separation, financial and health related problems, etc.
The training program has been designed by taking into considerations practical difficulties, which working executives face at any level. It is customer based. As a professional in this field the sole responsibility of knowledge sharing lies with me.
